
Responsibilities and Involvement
I came on this project as a consultant for a family office whose portfolio consisted of Class A office buildings throughout the United States.
- Created soft and hard cost budget for both Mass Timber and Steel construction.
- Made a financial analysis model for a 10-year hold.
- Conducted a zoning and market analysis.
- Hired and managed Civil Engineer, Geo-tech, and Architect to evaluate site location and restrictions.
- Found easements that lawyer missed that effected the building layout.
- Created a relationship with Panzica Construction who leads in the Mass Timber construction in the Mid-West.
