I am a very creative and passionate individual, who has focused his career ambitions in the real estate development sector. My background and career path advances have transformed me into a unique hybrid within the industry.
I am capable of wearing hats as an acquisition analyst, banker, developer, asset manager, and operational manager. While at the same time I can switch into the hat of a construction project manager. As of May 2020, I completed a Master’s in Real Estate Development from NYU. This program further advanced my knowledge of architecture, engineering, underwriting, real estate law, construction, and market analysis.
I have been privileged to oversee and manage Industrial, multi-family, and residential ground-up projects in service levels spanning from financial feasibility analysis, schedule oversight, entitlement, acquisitions, and construction management. My total financial project exposure is $55,000,000, accumulating to 300,000 Sq. Ft.

I have experience with residential lending .
- Analyze land for environmental conditions, utility service availability, geotechnical investigations, traffic impacts, roadway & utility improvements, mass grading, and significant construction site logistic issues.
- Evaluate the survey, title, and purchase contracts to eliminate possible conflicts.
- Produce a preliminary zoning analysis to determine building footprint & unit count.
- Underwrite and produce a proforma budget to perceive the projects feasibility to meet a required return and purchase price.
- I have developed many broker and sub-contractor relationships that allow me to access on & off market opportunities.
- Strong ability to negotiate purchase agreements and construction contracts.
- Forged bank relationships for financing and robust knowledge of bank requirements from my past employment at MR Capital Group.
